Prayer Requests and Personal Notes

Prayer Needs: 

The Lord has very graciously enabled me to complete these three writing projects since September:

 

 

 

  • "You Never Stop Being a Parent," co-authored with Pastor Jim Newheiser from P & R.

  • "Women Counseling Women," a project I edited and contributed to for Harvest House will be out in July for the Women Discipling Women conference. The profits from this book will furnish scholarships for women in biblical counseling training at the Master's College.  

  • "Give them Grace: Amazing Your Kids with the Love of Jesus", a book I co-authored with our daughter, Jessica Thompson, is complete. We're both so thankful for all of your prayers and for the way the Lord granted us guidance as we labored on this project. Give them Grace will be out at the beginning of next year from Crossway, Lord willing.

Please do pray that the Lord would strengthen me and grant me the grace that I need for my traveling and speaking during the next few months and that the editing, marketing and publication of these projects would glorify Him and be of great benefit to others.

 Please pray for the video-taping of a marketing piece that Jessica and I will do at the beginning of December in Chicago.
